Cancellation and Refunds

Order Cancellation:

  1. Once the item has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Refunds:

  1. Refunds are applicable only in the following scenarios:
  2. - You received a damaged product
  3. - You received an incorrect item
  4. To be eligible for a refund, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and order details.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with images and order details.
  2. Once approved, ship the item back in its original packaging within 7 days.
  3. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customers.

Refund Timeline:

  1. After we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
